I have lived here for over 3 years now and I have really enjoyed it. Maintenance works hard and is always quick. The front office is so nice and helpful. The location is great as it is right on MacArthur with access to everything around the Irving area. Thank you to the manager as she was able to work with me on a last-minute change to my lease. The whole Hyde Park team has been more than accommodating and I would recommend living here to anyone looking for a great place in Irving.

I have really loved living here for the past year. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the community is very quiet. My unit is so efficiently designed, every inch of space has a practical purpose. The location of the property and the area around it is very safe and convenient to shopping and food options.

I love the community, it’s very beautiful. I drove around the neighborhood and it’s very peaceful. The agents in the office are friendly and easy going. It feels as though I’ve known them for years. They are respectful and great at keeping communication. As a new resident I am extremely excited to move in and live my lifestyle in this community. Nothing but GREAT and POSITIVE energy. I’m happy!
